Price depends on size and how much cleaning is needed

Basic cleaning of small dining room, small living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen (including appliances listed above), windows (inside and out) = $600 - $1,000
Windows (inside and out; including jams) = $20 each window
Windows (inside and out; no jams) = $15 each window

Client must provide an approximate square footage of rooms and area rugs, pictures, and concerns of stains/types of stains

 Keep driveway or access way clear
 Remove anything valuable
 Remove all debris from floors
 Remove breakables from furniture
 Vacuum before we arrive
 Owners are not allowed to work with us for safety reasons
 Keep house on 72 degrees to clean
 If it’s summer, open windows
 If it’s winter, remove all hoses on outside spigot (back flow of ice can break a

pipe)
 Put bedroom skirts up on beds
 All animals must be placed away from area of service
 All large objects (such as exercise equipment) must be moved before time of

service
 If large furniture needs to be moved at time of service and was not included in

the estimate, service may not be completed that day and price may have to be adjusted
